Who can be a host?
Jarvo is available for anyone to become a host subject to our identity checks and to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
We physically inspect every listing that goes live to ensure the properties are accurate.
What fees do I pay?
Jarvo is entirely transparent with its fee structure.
What is required of guests before booking?
Like Hosts, every guest must pass a thorough background check before they can book a listing. Anyone who doesn’t pass this check or violate our terms or community guidelines are not allowed on the platform.
What protection do I have against liabilities?
Our Host Protection Guarantee provides liability coverage for up to £1million in the event of a third-party claim of bodily injury and also provides coverage for property damage related to a Jarvo booking.
How do the payments works?
Our payment system records all bookings made on our easy to use Dashboard. Payouts are automatically paid out at the end of each month for the bookings incurred during that month.
